After receiving a finance degree from Western Michigan University, I became an open outcry commodities trader at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX). Trading oil and gas futures at the world’s largest energy exchange, I experienced a profession that demanded a blend of quick thinking, resilience, and unwavering focus. Every day on the trading floor felt like the Super Bowl—a relentless, high-stakes environment where split-second decisions could mean extraordinary gains or staggering losses. Through those years, I honed my ability to thrive under pressure and gained an in-depth understanding of financial derivatives and competitive assessment. At age 25 I became one of the youngest members and seat owners in the exchange’s history, an achievement I consider a milestone in my career. In my time at the NYMEX I traded billions of dollars in commodity futures contracts, building a foundation of expertise in risk management, market strategy, and thriving under pressure.

I discovered my passion for real estate when I bought my first investment property in New York City at 25. I developed an eye for purchasing run down apartments with deferred maintenance in sought after areas, and gut renovated them. After anticipating what the market wanted, I transformed and sold them at record profits. The thrill of reimagining spaces and maximizing their value drives me in every deal. Today, real estate isn’t just a business—it’s a way for me to create opportunities, build relationships, and help others see the potential in every property.

Today I live in the Tree Section of Manhattan Beach with my amazing wife and two daughters. Aside from real estate, I love running the strand and being active with my family. Both of my daughters are in the local school district and understand the importance of how much housing location means to a family. I couldn’t be happier with where I call home and I hope to help you find yours.
